Access to the apartment

Referring to the booking form, you may not arrive earlier than 16.00 (4 pm) and depart not later than 10.00 (10 am). These are the standard conditions. The reason we have this is if we have departure and arrival the same day (which is very common), we need to have time to prepare the apartment for next client. We will always try to provide you with the best service, and will do our best so that you can arrive and departure at the time that suites you. But we can’t promise anything. It’s all depending of the bookings and when the clients depart and arrive.

How to do before you arrive to the apartment

We will book preliminary arrival and departure time, as soon as we have got your schedule. In order to handle delays etc, we then want you to call us, 30 mins before you arrive to the apartment. If you arrive to the airport of Malaga, we recommend you to call us as soon as you’ve got your luggage (if you take a car/transportation) or when you’ve got your rental car. When you arrive to the apartment

We will meet you, and you’ll get the keys to the apartment. The number of keys, together with remote control to the indoor parking will be noticed in the Quality Form and you’re responsible for the keys after you’ve signed the Quality Form. Before you get the keys we will, together with you, do the first inspection. At this inspection it’s important that you pay attention to the condition you get the apartment in, and if you see/notice any problems or if there is anything that you’re not satisfied with, you have to see to that this is noticed in the Quality Form. You finish the inspection by signing the Quality Form. The form you’re signing will also be the form we use upon your departure, in order to check that everything is OK. You will also get a small tour around Calablanca, so that you know where the pool is, dressing room, garbage area, indoor parking and the storage.
