Only 20 minutes from the Malaga Airport you'll find Calablanca, a development with luxury design apartments and with a excellent location only 7 minutes walk from the beach of La Cala (of many considered as one of the best of Costa del Sol). Here you can really enjoy your holiday, no matter if you prefer golf, sun/bath, excursions, shopping or just enjoy the Spanish wine-dine-culture.


Only a few minutes walk from the apartment you'll find the "La Feria", the local market (200 m), bus station (200 m), cozy mainstreet of La Cala (300 m) with restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets and the wonderful beach of La Cala (500 m).

About the apartment

4+1 beds in a lovely apartment decorated in creme and brown with influences of orange, turquese and purple. The apartment is located in the Calablanca community with nice views over the poolarea and with both NE-facing and SW-facing terraces.


The apartment (called P10 2C since we have more than this apartment in Calablanca) have two terraces (one facing SouthWest, one facing NorthEast) and with nice poolviews and some sea-and mountainviews. The apartment is brand new (first guest in June 2011) and with very nice qualites and standard. The interior design is nice and made with "much effort and heart". The design goes in choclate brown color with elements of purple, orange, tan and turquoise.


The apartment have a fully equipped kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer. You'll also find coffemaker, toaster, waterboiler in the kitchen. You also have a nice 32" LCD-TV connected to TDT (digital television) and DVD and stereo. Of course you've a high quality aircondition which brings you cool and heat depending on you wishes. A hairdryer is in the apartment, and you also have access to iron, ironboard, sunchairs to bring to beach. High chair, cot, an extrabed is optional at a small extra cost.

Fixed prices including electricity and water.


You will get the apartment in a clean, tidy, controlled (Certified Quality System) condition. After arrival we will restore the apartment to same condition for the price of €17,50/hour. In this way you can affect how much the cost is by doing some of the leaning yourself. We will leave a report and deduct the cost from the deposit.


Towels/Beddings (rent+laundry) option for €10/person.


For late orders (less than 30 days) we charge an extra administration fee of €50.


The Low Season rate is excluding electricity, water and internet.


Reservation fee: 30%

Refundable security deposit: €200

Pay balance not later than 4 weeks before arrival

Payments methods accepted: transfer and PayPal (+3,5%) 


There is an extra €35 for arrival after 22.00 (10 pm) and after 01.00 (1 am) €50.
