We have developed several systems and reports in order to make as complete as possible. And we have also tried to get it as easy and overlooking as possible. The owner have a 24/7 access to the Property Management System (PM-System) by internet.

Annual Report (AR)

A one page summary of the past year, due to maintenance, rentals, costs, income etc.


  

Annual Inspection of Property (AIP)

Every year we do an inspection of the property and provide the owner with a list over things that will be a risk for the property. 


 

Happy Customer Status (HCR)

We present a summary of what the customer have answered in the HappyCustomer-form, and gives the owner an overall picture what the customer think about the property and the service the Goodlife Holiday Rentals provides. 


 

Online Report - Maintenance (ORM)

Here you will find a diary of all things Goodlife Property Management has provided for the property. Comments of what have been done (when, by whom, what time it took etc). Ís updated daily in order to provide the owner


 

Online Report - Client Account (ORCA)

An balance in euros over the income and expenses for the property. Are updated Daily/when there has been any movements.
